Nature of Threat: supernatural, creature, magically animated

Assessment:
Conflicting reports put the size of this monster from "The mass of ten people" to "The mass of thirty people". It has been variously described as the size of two rhinos to the size of a truck. Some speculation abounds its abilities, but great strength (potence), and resilience (Fortitude) are to be expected. Its been suggested that the war ghoul requires some sort of rider to guide it but this is pure speculation and previous monsters of this nature have not required anything of the sort.
Weaknesses:
The Vozhd is known to suffer from a lack of Celerity, and probably does not have Auspex (we hope). It is immense and requires a great deal of food - it is also transported around the city in a truck, suggesting that it either goes dormant or is otherwise kept docile somehow.
