Identifying Colours: Black. Vietnamese/Central Asian ethnicity.
Known Activities: Very few, suspected laundering, murder? Violence?
Area of Operation: Hanley and Fenton (I think), known to operate out of Black Dragon restaurants around the city.
Description: A shadowy small firm of vietnamese immigrants rumoured to be horribly violent and suspected of cannibalism and potential occult leanings. Very little is known of them but further investigations are underway by this coterie. Raven is hatching a plan to dispose of the Stepping Razors while simultaneously taking control of the Blood Snakes - hence our involvement, as acting behind his scheme presents several interesting opportunities. Its generally agreed upon that of the two asian gangs, the Stepping Razors are the worst and most suspicious, though the potential Kuei-Jin leadership of the Blood Snakes should not be ignored.
